iGMDSS makes it possible to transmit the radio voice signal according to the standards and a hundred percent correct. After a simple selection of the favored signal, you just have to read out the displayed text, so you can be sure every receiver within reach understands it.

The stability and the simplicity of the handling is essential for iGMDSS. Only at the very first launch of the program, you will be asked to enter the name of your ship, your MMSI and your call signal. Every radio signal you send afterwards will contain your ship information and your position specifications, which will be added via GPS. This assures you a correct performance, even in case of an emergency.

iGMDSS can be used perfectly when preparing for the Short Range Communication Certificate (SCR), as you have the required radio signals with you all the time to practice wherever you are.
